Sorry all my 20 installations stuck to precise. We have no plan to
migrate to quantal.

The dependencies are:
>  Depends: default-jre | java6-runtime, jarwrapper (>= 0.5), libcommons-compress-java, libcommons-lang-java, libjdom1-java, librome-java
>Recommends: flvstreamer, vlc, mplayer-nogui | mplayer

They are satisfied in raring and in my personal   "No-change backport to
precise".

So there is no obvious problem for a quantal backport.
