[Bug 1251963] [NEW] RadeonSI+ Requires Glamor (backport glamor package)

Public bug reported:

Put simply, all Radeon HD 7xxx PCIE graphics cards and the new R7/R9
GPUs require glamor acceleration. Currently Precise installs Catalyst
when it detects RadeonSI but this is not a good solution since A) the
version of catalyst is outdated and B) it is full of bugs which are not
present in the open source drivers.
