Please backport ledgersmb 1.3.25-1 (universe) from saucy to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
The LedgerSMB package is now in Ubuntu but did not get introduced into
Debian and then Ubuntu until after v12.04 was released and is therefore
not yet available in an LTS release. I'm starting with version 1.3.25
as that is the current one in Ubuntu and includes security and language
related fixes.

Note that the package I tested the installation of that version with is
available as 1.3.25-1~ubuntu12.04.1 at the LedgerSMB PPA:
