Please backport ubumirror 0.4 (universe) from utopic to trusty.

Reason for the backport:
========================
Ubumirror 0.4 fixes a number of issues with the current trusty version, such
as for example an unusable default configuration file and rsync syntax errors,
and adds some example configuration files.

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s utopic -d trusty ubumirror

[x] Package builds without modification
[x] ubumirror installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies
