Public bug reported:
Please backport libqmi 1.8.0-2 (main) from utopic to trusty.
Reason for the backport:
========================
This package is needed in Ubuntu Trusty to be able to backport Network Manager 0.9.10.
Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.
You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s utopic -d trusty libqmi
* trusty:
[x] Package builds without modification
[x] libqmi-glib1-dbg installs cleanly and runs
[x] libqmi-utils installs cleanly and runs
[x] libqmi-glib-doc installs cleanly and runs
[x] libqmi-glib-dev installs cleanly and runs
[x] libqmi-proxy installs cleanly and runs
[x] libqmi-glib1 installs cleanly and runs
Reverse dependencies:
=====================
The following reverse-dependencies need to be tested against the new version of libqmi. For reverse-build-dependencies (-Indep), please test that the package still builds against the new libqmi. For reverse-dependencies, please test that the version of the package currently in the release still works with the new libqmi installed. Reverse- Recommends, Suggests, and Enhances don't need to be tested, and are listed for completeness-sake.
libqmi-glib1-dbg
----------------
libqmi-utils
------------
libqmi-glib-doc
---------------
libqmi-glib-dev
---------------
* modemmanager
[x] trusty (Reverse-Build-Depends) - OK, it uses the old libqmi-glib0
libqmi-proxy
------------
libqmi-glib1
