Please backport irssi 0.8.16-1ubuntu4 (main) from utopic to trusty.

Reason for the backport:
========================
It's been almost five years since 0.8.15. There's a great improvement over five years of development. This should be available for everybody, especially ubuntu LTS users.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s utopic -d trusty irssi
