Please backport fonts-noto 2015-05-11+cjk-1 (universe) from wily to
trusty, utopic, vivid.

Reason for the backport:

This new release includes Noto Sans CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) developed by Google and Adobe. Increasig coverage is benefical to users on those locales.
