Binary is present
$ ls /usr/lib/juju/mongo3.2/bin
mongo  mongod  mongoperf  mongos  mongosniff

I could invoke the binary
$ /usr/lib/juju/mongo3.2/bin/mongo
MongoDB shell version: 3.2.4
