[ Ubuntu-BD ] Ubuntu Bangladesh Poll

Hello agian
With designing the new Ubuntu Bangldesh site we have changed few things. One
such change is having a new poll every week. At the same time send everyone
the results of previous poll result. It has been a week since posting our
previous poll so we have changed the poll questions and optiones this week
