You can't give the Address book to a website. What you give is your
account credential!

What many of these guys are doing dangerously stupid. Do you think
these website is getting the Contact list from the user by hand?! No
sir, Many of these users are providing their mail address and password
to these websites so that these website can *invite* their friends,
arrgh! I'm talking from my experience, hard to believe but these
happens.
