[Ubuntu-BD] OT : সাবমেরিন ক্যাবল

I have a good idea, perhaps the engineers can make it live. What about we
stop using that stupid cables and use the waters instead as a career media.
We will use the waters as our media and need not to worry about
cut/whatever. Everyone can get connected from the sea and river :)
