[ Ubuntu-BD ] Setting the ports for wvdial

Dear Friends,

I use aktel connection and nokia 6070 to connect to the internet. But some times "sudo wvdial" doesn't recognize the modem. The same happens to me in windows some times. This is because of the interrupt settings of the port (as windows call it). Then what I generally do is -- reboot to windows, open nokia pc suit. Nokia pc suit can magically set the interrupt correctly and the problem is solved.

But there might be similar solution which can set the interrupt of the port in a correct way. Can you friend suggest one?
