Lately it has been a matter of debate, whether to post offtopic news or
Offtopic within a thread..

I am posting this msg as an general user not as a member of Ubuntu-bd

How about creating single large Offtopic thread to post all offtopic news
there??

this way we do not clutter the main flow of discussion regarding OSS or
Ubuntu?

would like to know the opinions of other people....
