[Ubuntu-BD] qT (KDE) support for Simple Addon CD

I haven't checked the CD. But it shouldn't be a problem to run it
under Kubuntu. just install required gtk library. If you use any
single gtk app on your Kubuntu then it's already installed. If you
don't use any gtk program on your Kubuntu, then you are a fanatic KDE
user, which is really bad in my opinion.
