[Ubuntu-BD] Problem Regarding Kubuntu 9.04

Ok guys, Gstreamer has some limitations, mostly in download size ( it took
45MB for Bad + Ugly + ffmpeg for all together).

Since Omi bhai advised to pack the popular media players with all
dependencies, I have packed Mplayer 1.0 RC2** (10.4MB) and VLC Player
0.9.9a** (27.4MB) with full bag of dependencies. And they are now available
for download through UEC-Pack Download page:
http://code.google.com/p/uec-pack/downloads/list

** NOTE: As per today's update these versions are the latests.
