[Ubuntu-BD] help

Instead of screenshot, if you just post the error message you are getting, then it will save a lot of hassle on both side.
When you send any question, please put few more information in the subject. For example, it could be "Can't install any software". A simple "Help" does not say anything and most likely won't help at all.. :P
Also more informative question usually get faster response. As you said you can't install anything, that can occur for tons of reaons and none of the solutions we give here can be the right one.
Attachments are not allowed because not only they are risky, but also annoying in some extend.
