You should have posted two messages.

The result of the following commands

*lsusb*

and  *sudo wvdialconf*

Usually non-brand mobiles were not tried by most people.

Your dialing status shows that it detects carrier but the DNS is not
detected. If you use Ethernet LAN internet first disable it. At Network
Manager of Gnome you can do so easily. Disable Wired/Wireless connections by
unchecking and remove the DNS records if there were any.

Now, try to connect again. If it should connect, it will.
