[Ubuntu-BD] Karmic Koala release party

It would be nice to have a release party at BUET. Common room of any
one of the students hall can be a good venue. Otherwise, Presidency
University will be there for the release party as before .... now the
new campus at Banani (among other universities like AIUB, Northern,
NSU-pharmacy dept. etc) can be used for that purpose.
