[Ubuntu-BD] Support courtesy

It is really getting out of control about the courtesy of people here.
Someone can ask really a noob question, one should consider it. Not
everyone is knowledgeable about everything. People who cannot use
mouse can be very good at other things where you are not even bad. So
be considerate to people asking for help. If you think the question is
too noob for your expertise, just don't answer it, ignore completely.
You are not bound to answer every question. It is possible to show
people google very politely.

I want to say again: if you think the question for help is too noob.
Ignore it. You don't have to answer it. Really you don't have to
answer all the questions. Repeat after me, you don't have to answer
all the f...ing questions. Just shut up.
