[Ubuntu-BD] need suggestion to run ruby by sciTE in Ubuntu

Hi , how  are you?
Recently I am trying with Ruby. Its ok until I run ruby file from terminal.
But, When I trying to use that with sciTE, it works. but the problem occurs
when the code provides 'gets' command to take input from the user. How can I
solve it, Please suggest me
