[Ubuntu-BD] How to share internet from Ubuntu 10.04 or 11.04

Bro can u give me some screen shot or some thing else. I can not find it.
Another thing when I try to connect to my router using LAN card and if
mobile broadband is working then it stop working and the opposite happens
too. What should I do.
