[Ubuntu-BD] Package Installation Problem

Hello Everyone!

I am using Bangla Lion and when I tried to install Inkscape, I faced this
error message:

Err http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty/main libmagickcore3-extra
i386 7:6.6.2.6-1ubuntu4
  400  Bad Request 52019 [IP: 91.189.88.45 80]


I am getting this "400 Bad Request" error for a few packages more. But I
could install the packages using Grameen Phone. Does anyone have any ideas
about this? Do I need to change mirrors or do anything else to keep going
with Bangla Lion without such issues?
