[Ubuntu-BD] installing avro in ubuntu 10.10

Someone has kindly prepared packages for avro-scim and made it available
from a PPA. The packages are available on Currently targeted Ubuntu
distributions are Lucid (10.04), Maverick (10.10), Natty (11.04) and Oneiric
(11.10).

Though the author hasn't confirmed 64bit compatibility, I have heard that it
works on amd64 as well. Please give it a try :)
