Well, right now i am from mobile device and unable to read bangla but based on the output it seems you may have some problem with internet connection , may be dns issue. If the internet connection is through a proxy make sure the settings in synaptic is correct. Check preference- connections. Sorry if i wronly perceive the problem. JK
