[Ubuntu-BD] problem in set up ubuntu with virtual box

hello
i was trying to set up ubuntu  with virtual box 4.1.1.4 in xp.while installing,after sometimes later,poping up a massage that this program has a windows logo verification issue.it has no digital signature.'i tried to set up anyway but i cant set up ubuntu.(12.04).plz help,its urgent.i have to submit assignment tomorrow using shell scripts.:(:(
