This would be a _great_ service to potential users. To do this right,
it does require a fair bit of maintenance effort.

Whoever takes the responsibility would have to contact every computer
shop in the country once every $INTERVAL, and maintain a database...
Who would be interested in working on such a database? Test Aankoop,
organisations like Socius, Memo vzw, ... ?
