Yes. But, as for other bugs, a fix for the current ones (one in nl,
one in fr, see in the "Running" bzr Branch) is also welcome.

I agree a full-featured framework seems overkill to me too. But we
have been talking about the integration of a ticketing system and I'm
sure others advanced features will come later. So I want to produce
clean code easy to extend and maintain.

Having a single database with language information in the "user
profile" is part of the reason why I want a rewrite. For instance, I
don't think we need full address information for a support point. A
(nick)name, lat., long. and an email address are enough for a
distribution point. A requester may ask them for more to trust them,
but the application don't need this information.
