What advantages do you see in setting up a non-profit for ubuntu-be?
Some thoughts:
* A formal non-profit ("vzw", "asbl") means paperwork. Less time for actual
work. You need good reasons to justify that...
* How can we fill out formal positions if we hardly know eachother?
* If for whatever initiative we need a vzw/asbl as a formal requirement, I'm
sure we'll find a friendly organisation that will want to help us. There are
enough lugs and related orgs with vzw/asbl status around...
I'm curious about what reason(s) you see to set up of a formal vzw/asbl?
