I thought directly to that at Ploum's speech. After reading this and
re-thinking, why may we want ASBL/VZW ?
* We're "playing" with big ammount of money (not yet :-) )
* We're organising event and need funding/insurances (not yet, and Lug's
might help a lot)
* We need to be recognised legally (organising formations, ...)

Do we need to be a recognised association for press contacts ? I don't
think so.

Why we don't wont ASBL/VZW ?
* cost's money (13x,yz € for creation, 103,7€ for a modification, ...)
* People must be elected on a board and become administrator (at least 3)
* Paper overhead (count must be given once a year, list of members kept
at the siege,
* Time consuming (1 official meeting a year : Assemblée générale, ...)
* Must choose ONE language to publish status :-)

So yes, maybe one day, (ie. the year before Ubuntu-be World Domination's
) but definitly not now :)
