The issue is to improve contacts between :

( A ) Users having dreams and willing to give some donations, on condition to 
get a working solution within a given delay.
They should publish the desired specifications and seek agreements with 
partner wanting similar software components.

( B ) OS developers needing specifications and incomes.

( C )  The suggestion is to create an independent third party managing 
contracts between A an B, and adding the donations in order to build common 
projects, providing reasonable income to developers.


I have already a few international contacts and I am seeking partners.

In the healthcare domain, we do nearly the same work everywhere, except for 
maybe 25 % of localisation of cultural preferences.
