When we founded Ubuntu-be, I talked about putting Belgium related
documention on en/fr/nl/de community (wiki) help sites. Using this ML,
another one or english Wiki page (on ubuntu.com) for collaboration on
writing pages (like to translate and to write pages). Plus a central
"Belgium" page linking to all Belgium related pages. This way, we
could avoid the cost (mostly time) of administration.
