I have seen free software in France that is used to run a social housing
bureau.
Search for "logement social logiciel libre"  ou aller sur clx.anet.fr et
demander la bas.

Je suis en vacances en FR, pour le 2eme fois apres www.rmll.info.

Et Oui, aussi les Italiens ont passe vers linux dans le Parlement. Pour le
Parlement Flamand: le logiciel libre n'est pas assez educatif ;-)  google
avec "parlement linux" ....
