[Ubuntu-be] Leaving this list!

Hoi,

I'm French speaking, I speak English but not Dutch. I can't follow
disucssion and dutch and It always bother me to stop reading a
discussion because I cannot understand it. However, I don't plan
leaving the list because of that.

Note that there is no language rule for this list, Mainly because, as
several discussions demonstrate, there is no consensus on this
particular subject among Ubuntu-be member. If I remember correctly,
the only consensus we reached is that anybody is free to use any
Belgian language or English and that English is probably a better
choice because it seems that more people understand it.

Anyway, it's your decision and I respect it.
