Don't count viruses, don't count security fails, count happy
security-unaware users without the need for complete resinstall every
two month...

The average user can't sysadmin a Linux box, but he can't sysadmin a
Windows box neither. Windows give the illusion of easy and secure
administration without learning. But corporate users still rely on
skilled and trained sysadmin (or at least, their sysadmin pretend to
be skilled). And home users still rely on knowing relatives or have to
acquire some sysadmin skill. Sell them the same illusion for Linux and
they will be as happy as with Windows. It's advertising, don't argue,
highlight the bright side, omit the dark one. But remember to be
honest and do not lie or spread FUD.
