[Ubuntu-be] Bad news for Belgian People

It's'a little to technic and law oriented for me to provide a correct
translation, but in the general meaning : if a seller choose to sell
windows with his computer, you can't force him to sell it without
windows. The principe is just : if you don't like this bundle, just
don't buy it !
