Maybe I didn't express myself quit as good as I tryed...
Think about that a new guy/girl in a new enviremont.
Everthing is strange (=not known = dangerous = difficult)
 
The first step to get help, is asking for help.
Remeber that this is the most difficult one.
patients and guidance is on the task lists.
 
On the other hand, there are some guys/girlls who playing with the commands/GUI as it was a game...
 
It was not in my entention to offend people neither the community.

You can say a lot of things about Linux, but not that there is no community. 
I find it really strange that you say that. Linux is build on, grown and supported by the community. 
Millions of people dedicating their own free time and money to keep this non-commercial train rolling. 

All the people actively taking part in this mailing list are a perfect example. 

Maybe I misunderstood what you meant by your expression.
