[Ubuntu-be] Engles Welcome page link error

In the very first statement box at the top, the "more" link still refers
to the http://ubuntu-be.org/drupal/node/23 of course since you moved it
now, you get error page not found. I know everyone has been very busy. I
did try and navigate the bugs page, but wasn't sure what to do, and this
doesn't seem like a priority SITREP, but just a typo fix.

Once again, when I get a chance to meet with you all, a little course on
how to do some things will take a little pressure off of someone else.
