Jean,
Thank you for your meeting minutes. Below are my comments.

I guess I can do that, but I'm not sure what a coordinator is supposed to do. I guess I just have to arrange a meeting on IRC and check who is bringing what? Right?

I thought I told you at the Accenta fair that Pieter is in charge of the Ghent event box for the moment. I know I was supposed to be in charge of the box (after latest Dipro fair in Ghent), but it does not matter, really. As long as the person in charge of the box is committed to attend every Dipro fair organized in Ghent, or to arrange a transfer to someone else if he can't make it, this should be ok.

I guess the support points are a real PITA. The problem is that everybody on this list very much enjoys using Ubuntu and _try_ to be a support point (I guess this includes myself). Maybe we need some kind of renewal system for support points, like the membership for Ubuntu-BE. The other week I received a mail that my membership was about to expire and I needed to renew my membership. This system might work for support points as well.
And if all else fails, users can still visit this mailing list and various forums if they encounter any problems.
regards,
Kenneth
