IRC meeting report

1. Future events
a. Dipro Hasselt (24/01)
The team has enough volunteers. Coordinator : Lars.
Request was sent to Alupcs for the use of 2 PC.
b. Dipro Ghent (31/01)
We need at least 3 additional volunteers. Coordinator : Kenneth.
c. Dipro Kortrijk (07/02)
We need at least 4 volunteers for the team. Coordinator : Jean7491.
d. FOSDEM (6-7/02)
We have a 2m booth. Coordinator : JanC (preparation and wikipage : we'll 
need some volunteers.
e. Release party Lucid Lynx 10.04LTS
There was no reaction in the mailing list to the meeting report on this 
item !
If someone has idea on this item, please send it to the mailing list to 
start exchanges.

2. Promotion material - no new idea for promotion material ?

4. Things living in the mailing list
The program start2surf op home was an opportunity to promote alternative 
solutions, but there was no offer with Ubuntu or FOSS. It is now too 
late to be part of it, we have to be more prepared next time and to 
think about other ways to approach people starting with computers.
Question : does anybody know a link to the public tender for that project ?
