First thanks for your work with the map !
See below the text I reviewed and translations in French and Dutch.
Of course, everybody is free to improve these texts !

The map.ubuntu-be.org site has been integrated into the main web site at 
ubuntu-be.org. During this process, your address, spoken languages and 
level of expertise have been imported into your account. Your 
commitments to the community have not been imported. Please, visit !url 
to review the imported information and to re-new your commitments to the 
Ubunty community.
If you do not answer to this message, you will be remove from the group 
of Ubuntu Support Points.

ubuntu-be.org. We were not able to match your email address to an 
account used on the main site. We are thus unable to import information 
from to old site. Please login at !url to enter your information and 
re-new your commitments to the Ubuntu community. In order to login, 
you'll need to an account on Launchpad.net, a software collaboration 
platform used for Ubuntu development and a lot of other Free and Open 
Source projects. Registration on Launchpad.net is easy, simply visit 
https://launchpad.net/+login.
If you do not answer to this message, you will be remove from the group 
of Ubuntu Support Points.

adres, gesproken talen en niveau van deskundigheid ingevoerd in uw 
account. Uw betrokkenheid ten opzichte van de Ubuntu gemeenschap werden 
niet geïmporteerd. Gelieve naar !url te surfen om de ingevoerde gegevens 
te herzien en opnieuw uw medewerking te bepalen.

We waren niet in staat een verband te leggen tussen uw mail adres en een 
account die gebruikt is op de hoofd site. We hebben dus geen informatie 
van de oude site geimporteerd.
Gelieve in te loggen op !url, uw persoonlijke informatie-in te voeren en 
uw betrokkenheid ten opzichte van de Ubuntu gemeenschap te hernieuwen.
Om in te loggen, moet u eerst een account openen op Launchpad.net, een 
samenwerking platform software die gebruikt wordt voor Ubuntu 
ontwikkeling en een heleboel andere vrij en Open Source projecten.
