[Ubuntu-be] practical knowledge

could somebody give me some ideas how i can get more practical knowledge
about using ubuntu. I prefer a minimal of reading as i'm dyslexic.

is there anyone who can give me some intermediate level  information so I
can pass it on to others.

all ideas are welcome.
