2. Promotion
  a. t-shirts - Update  : 100 t-shirts were ordered and paid, delivery 
will follow soon. First priority is to send the 27 pre-ordered (and 
pre-paid) t-shirts (with a present - coordination between Wouter and Jan).

  b. Flyers 2011
Please look at

Improvement and new proposals can still be added till 24/03 (next IRC 
meeting). The new pictograms 
http://design.canonical.com/brand/8.%20Pictograms.pdf could be used. 
Then we will decide a poll with a few design. The flyers could be 
ordered in April or May 2011.

  c. Rollup
New proposals are in the wiki page

It is proposed to use the new pictograms 
http://design.canonical.com/brand/8.%20Pictograms.pdf  in a design with 
an Ubuntu-logo, a message with a few pictograms, mention of 
ubuntu-be.org and no text.  Please add your comments/preferences in the 
wiki and/or mailing list.
About our proposal to the LoCo Council for buying promotion material 
through Canonical, the IRC LoCo Council meeting on 15/03 has been 
postponed to next month.

3. Update Wiki and Web-site
  - Wiki: jurgentje is working on the promotion material page of the 
BelgianTeam
  - Web-site: German translation of the Support point manual (bug 
#718482) is still missing

4. Other questions : Ubuntu-be needs a structure and an organization

As a first step towards a LoCo Team organization, we talked about a 
leading council and its mission statement. A project has been added in 
the wiki page https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/TeamOrganization. Feel 
free to read and comment the project.
The issue will be examined in the next IRC meetings. The creation of a 
non-profit association is a different issue and is not at the agenda.
Further details and comments about the organization will follow as 
preparation for a real life meeting.
Reactions in the mailing list will be welcome: please participate to 
this brain storming.
jurgentje proposed to organize a (first) meeting on 25/04/2011 in 
Vilvoorde, with participation of all members willing to actively 
participate to this project.
