[Ubuntu-be] Ubuntu-be: Laying some foundations

Hey Jurgen,


I can confirm that I'll be there, I hope others will join! 
This is a major step for U-be, it would be great to see others who also put their shoulders under this project.

A stable organization for U-be enables us to be stronger and opens a way to (maybe) become a VZW.
Being more than just some enthusiast people will put U-be in a totally different position.
I can only conclude that this will hugely benefit Ubuntu and the Belgian Open-Source community in general!
