Wiki page
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/PromotionMaterial/ProposalsGoodies2011
for designs and details. The issue will be reviewed in May, after the
25/04 meeting.

3. Update Wiki and Web-site
  - Wiki: nihil
  - Web-site: work on the bug #718482 (the Support point manual)
continues, the German translation is still missing.
A special promotion or social media team should work on the issue of
Ubuntu-be.org participation to social networks and blogging: interested
volunteers should start such a group and work together on (feel free to
organize special IRC meetings!).

4. Other questions
a Laying some foundations - Ubuntu-be.org needs a structure and an
organization
First ideas about a structure, a leading council and its mission
statement has been added to the wiki page
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/TeamOrganization
The first section is about defining the agenda for the meeting planned
on 25/04/2011 in Vilvoorde.
The main issue will be defining a kind of leadership and mandate for the
council which should have 3 objectives as coordination, support and
taking decisions when needed.
Of course, the council has to keep contact with the community, LoCo Team
and sub-teams through open IRC meetings, the mailing list, ...
The possibility to create a non-profit association will not be at the
agenda of this first meeting.
Reactions in the mailing list will be welcome: please participate to
this brain storming.
Everyone willing to actively participate to this project will be welcome
at the first meeting.

  b. Membership to the Belgian LoCo team
Proposed policy should be to accept anyone to join the team, as long as
that person is interested in Ubuntu, wants to be a part of the team and
is being able to work together with others as part of a team. The
participation to the team is difficult to define. There is a difference
between the Ubuntu Belgian community (Ubuntu users and readers of the
mailing list) and the Belgian LoCo Team (see mission statement and "If
you want to do serious volunteer work". Various opinions were expressed.

5. Next IRC meeting on Thursday 31/03/2011 at 21.00 hr.
