Great to hear there are people actively promoting audio in Linux..Jack is a pretty nifty principle.. it's great and has extreme low latency..
Anyhow, since you're an ubuntu user since 7.04, I guess you're more than qualified to be a first class promotor :DFeel free to join our IRC meetings from time to time.. (normally thursday evening @ 21h)

Hi all !
I just joined the ubuntu belgium mailing list and wanted to introduce myself quickly, so here goes :









My name is Thijs i'm 36y and live in BruggeI have been working as a test engineer for about 12years (both hardware and software testing) and i have been using Ubuntu at home since 7.04.  










@work i have been using Ubuntu 10.4 as my main OS for almost 1,5years but I still run XP in Vbox since we use MS software extensively at work and there is no alternative.  (sorry open/libreoffice people, but thats a fact)










I am very much into Pro Audio Jack-based recording/sequencing/softsynths... and an active member of the Hydrogen team (manual, website and a very little bit of C++ coding)










Currently i'm quite busy promoting Linux audio apps to all my music-making-MAC friends
that's about it  :-)
