Without any request or further information, I started a draft wiki page 
with a structure (afaik):

Feel free to complete and improve the draft about things like IRC 
meetings, support points map, website, wiki, activities of the Be LoCo 
Team Council, promotion material, ...

I will be happy if our Council could lead the Re-approval procedure.
