Hello all,

On the IRL meeting we were talking about maybe organizing an install
party in Antwerp
I talked to the other members of Hackerspace Voidwarranties Antwerp, and
I got a green light to provide with a location.

The dates we can do this is 3 or 10 November (on saturday), I propose 10
November to give us some more time to customize the iso, make some
usb-thinks, ...
We have to end around 18u00, but people who are in for some tech talk
are always welcome to stay for a chat.

Are there people here who like to help organize this?
The location (for at least 40 people at a time) is there, for free.
Drinks are sold for a very democratic price (80ct for a coke, fanta,...
and for real l33t people there is also Club mate, Dr Pepper & mountain
dew for 1,5 EUR),...
The location is in Deurne, less than 1km away from exit Borgerhout on
the R1 in Antwerp (and there is some free parking space in the streets
in the area), and it is also less than 100 meters away from the tram 24
stop, a tram that commes from the railroad station Antwerpen centraal.
So a great location for this kind of events.

The only thing we need are some volunteers to help organize, and a way
to promote this event.
If you like to help please let me know as soon as possible since I
cannot organize this on my own so I have to cancel if there are not
enough volunteers.

Also note that this will not be a Voidwarranties organisation, this will
be an ubuntu-be organisation, sponsored by voidwarranties, at least if
we can get a team together to make this happen.

What do you think?

Ward
