[Ubuntu-be] Virtualbox '/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'

Have you tried the following

Install virtualbox
Install the dkms package
installl guest aditions
start virtualbox
if that error pops up open a terminal and do sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
