[Ubuntu-be] CPR on the website

Things I need:
- Content editors for all languages (I want to do a part of Dutch and
English, but I'm bad a writing)
- Somebody who thinks about page structure
- Somebody with skills in php and the CMS of our choise to rebuild the
"support point" system.
