Agenda for hardy?

Hi team,

Considering that hardy is going to be LTS release I think it is better
to create some roadmap for bluetooth related packages.

Please send your comments/suggestions. Also tell us in what ways you
can help i.e testing/ bug reporting/ packaging etc.
I will then create a page on wiki with a rough roadmap.
